The chilling Ross McCrorie coronavirus symptoms that prove merit of self-isolation plan

Shocked Robby McCrorie has revealed his twin brother Ross tested positive for COVID-19 despite showing no symptoms at all.

The defender was one of five Portsmouth stars who were discovered to be hit by the killer bug.

His club immediately moved the on-loan Rangers star into self-isolation, but the 22-year-old subsequently showed none of the terrifying symptoms that have been reported on the worst cases.

In fact, the star had no reaction to the infection at all and "didn't feel any different", a situation that shows why the government have enforced a tough lockdown on the entire UK to stop the spread of the disease.

Robby, also out on loan from the Ibrox club at Livingston, told the Scottish Sun : “Ross tested positive for coronavirus but he didn’t feel any different and he had no symptoms at all.

“The only reason he found out he had it was through the test at Portsmouth.

“If he hadn’t had that test, I don’t think he would have known.

“That’s why it is so important for people now to follow the guidelines about not going out. Rangers have given us programmes to do to keep us all ticking over and keep the fitness up.

“We have a lot of gym equipment, so we have been doing a good bit of that as well.

“Hopefully this virus goes sooner rather than later.”
