The Chase's Shaun Wallace snaps at Bradley Walsh after repeated 'big nose' joke

The Chase star Shaun Wallace snapped at Bradley Walsh after the provocative host repeatedly made the same joke over and over again.

Viewers thought Bradley was deliberately trying to infuriate Shaun, AKA the 'dark destroyer', who looked more and more annoyed.

Bradley began by mercilessly mocking Shaun's Michael Caine impression, asking: "Is he Australian?!" before dong a cruel impersonation of Shaun's impression of the actor.

Shaun snapped "can I finish?" to Bradley (ITV)

He then joked about being colourblind and said he did not know Yoda was green, saying "all I see is beige!"

Looking at Shaun, who did not react, he shouted: "A bit like your flat!"

Next, the question was: "On the accession of Henry IV of France in 1589, what ancient Spanish kingdom was united to the French crown?"

Shaun explained that the correct answer was "Navarre", and added: "He was known as Henry of Navarre, and he was the French king who allowed toleration so far as the French protestants known as the Huguenots."

Bradley was accused of deliberately winding up Shaun (ITV)

Bradley interrupted: "Got a huge nose, did you say?"

"Huguenots," replied Shaun.

"No huge, it's huge nose," teased Bradley.

Shaun replied: "No, Huguenots."

"H-U-G-E, huge, nose - huge nose, big nose," said Bradley again.

"Can I finish?" snapped Shaun, and Bradley shrugged, letting Shaun finish telling the story.

But once again Bradley made another "big nose" joke afterwards, leaving one viewer tweeting: "Bradley is deliberately trying to p**s off Shaun #TheChase".

Another added: "Shaun is none too pleased with Bradley’s jokes #thechase ".

However, a third was convinced that the duo were deliberately doing a comedic double act, and Shaun was not really angry.

"Love Bradley and Shaun’s double act!!! #TheChase," they wrote alongside laughing face emojis.
