The big Roy Hodgson Liverpool quiz - how much can you remember about his reign?

Roy Hodgson took charge of his first Liverpool match on this day in 2010, and it wasn't pretty.

Indeed, the team that made the trip to North Macedonia to take on FK Rabotnicki of Skopje in the first leg of their Europa League third qualifying round tie is enough to make some Liverpool fans wake up in a cold sweat.

But how much of Hodgson's reign can you remember? And what have you blacked out?

The Croydon-born boss began his coaching career in Sweden with Halmstad in 1976 and has managed 16 different teams in eight countries, as well as the Switzerland and England national teams.

He replaced Rafa Benitez as Reds boss in the summer of 2010 at a difficult time in Liverpool's history with the Tom Hicks and George Gillett era meltdown in full flow and endured a difficult six-month spell before being replaced by Anfield legend Kenny Dalglish.

Try your hand at our quiz and tweet @LivEchoLFC your score! Good luck!
