The 18 best reformer Pilates studios in London: South, West, East, North and Central

Studio Anatomy Pierce studio - (Studio Anatomy)

Our love for Pilates is going nowhere, with Reformer classes booming in London right now.

Over on TikTok, there are 145.5M videos dedicated to the exercise. It’s beloved by celebrities, with everyone from Meghan Markle and Jennifer Aniston to LeBron James swearing by the regime. In 2017, Markle went as far as to say that Reformer Pilates had “transformed” her body.

The magic of reformer Pilates is that it’s a high-intensity exercise which is also low-impact on joints. This means it’s perfect for a range of fitness abilities (and even those with injuries) or for people who are pre or postnatal. It’s not quite as simple as choosing an available spot in a class: make sure it’s a reputable one, or you could end up with an injury.

But if you want a space at a good one, you’ve got to act fast. Never mind day festivals — Reformer Pilates places are the hot tickets this summer.

Here are the best studios in London for reformer Pilates, whether you’re a total beginner or in the market for your new favourite class.

Prepare to leave feeling stretched and strong.
