Matty Cash is hoping Nottingham Forest can start beating teams by bigger margins, such is the confidence in the squad.
Saturday's 1-0 win against Brentford took the Reds up to second in the Championship, levels on points with West Brom as they made it 10 unbeaten since losing to the Baggies on the opening day of the season.
When asked if Forest are now on track to go up to the Premier League automatically, Cash was swift to play down that prospect, but he does believe Forest are capable of winning games even more comfortably.
"It's a bit early for that! Everyone dreams of going up automatically," he said.
"Of course it's the aim, but we can't get ahead of ourselves. We're 10 or 11 games in. We've got so many games to play.
"We've got more to offer, I feel. We've picked up good results, but if we go 1-0 up we want to be finishing teams two and three nil.
"When you have a team like ours, with the forwards like ours - we have out and out goal scorers. We want to do more."
Cash made his 13th appearance of the season with the vast majority of those coming at right-back as he looks to cement the position with Carl Jenkinson out injured.

The 22-year-old produced arguably the best performance his career against the Bees as he put in an immaculate defensive display and rampaged down the wing in support of Joe Lolley.
He did not want to address the quality of his own performance, but he is enjoying the challenge of learning a new role after coming through the ranks as a right winger.
"I just give my best. My job was to get tight to the winger because we know what quality they have got on the wing," he said.
"I felt like I did alright. It's still early days so I'll just keep going.
"It's part of my game getting forwards. When I do that I have to get back as well. It's a big part of my game, so I'll just do my best.
"I'm loving it there. I'm really enjoying it. You can see the whole game and it's a tough position to play.
"You've got to switch on and beware of what's around you. I'm against some really good wingers, so it's a challenge for me but I'm really enjoying it.
"We've grafted to get a result and it's three good points. We were solid and looked like we'd create chances going forwards.
"They're a great team. I've played against them a couple of years in a row. They're a great footballing team.
"It's like every game in the league, you always get a tough game. Brentford move the ball really well."
