Christmas is almost upon us and lots of people will be turning their thoughts to their festive feast.
The big day takes a lot of planning but there is often a need to pop to the shops in the run up to or just after December 25. However, many supermarkets change and reduce their opening hours during, with many actually closing their doors for a couple of days for both Christmas Day and Boxing Day this year.
Iceland is one supermarket giant shutting up shop on December 26 in a bid to give their staff a well deserved 48 hours off during the festivities. The supermarket's managing director making the announcement on Twitter stating: he has made the decision to give "colleagues a well-deserved rest with their friends and families". But is it not only those two days that will see opening times altered, with Christmas Eve seeing hours reduced.

Morrisons
