Extreme weather is battering parts of the UK this week, as Storm Gerrit has caused 20 flood warnings and 124 flood alerts in England so far.

As the storm rolled in, holiday travellers battled strong winds and lashing rains – with the Met Office warning of up to 70mph gusts on high ground and exposed coasts.

A “localised tornado” swept through Greater Manchester, damaging about 100 properties and leaving thousands of homes powerless.

We want to hear from readers on how Storm Gerrit is affecting them. Have you been caught in the storm? How have your holidays been impacted?
