Telecoms and technology firm Wavenet has acquired Portal Voice and Data.
Based in Norwich, Portal Voice and Data is a supplier of telecommunications services including telephony, data and cloud computing.
This latest buyout by Solihull-based Wavenet follows the acquisition of Nottingham telecoms outfit VIA in January.
Wavenet's chief executive Bill Dawson said: "As with previous acquisitions, this is a really exciting time for the employees and customers of both Portal and Wavenet.
"Our combined potential and expertise will improve our customer service and maintenance experience and will open Portal customers to Wavenet's extensive and advanced product portfolio.

Terms of the buyout were not disclosed.
