A teenage girl had to be cut free after getting in stuck in a baby swing at a Scots park last night.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue service were called out to Brockburn Road in Crookston at 9.15pm on Tuesday.
Fire crews used cutting appliances to cut the girl free from the play equipment.
A message sent into Crookston and Pollok community Facebook page branded the girls "idiots" but locals were quick to hit back in defence.
One resident said: "Maybe if there was more for the kids to do in all the areas they wouldn’t be hanging around anywhere.
"Kids have had a hard year stuck in and isolated. Some kids are perfect eh!!"
Another added: "At least she wasn't damaging the park or causing trouble...there's nothing for the older kids to do anymore it's a shame and I personally think this post is pathetic, too many Karen's around nowadays."
One person said: "Don't know many people who never got stuck in a baby swing as a teenager."
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue service said: We received a call at 9.14pm on Tuesday and we mobilised one appliance.
"We did remove one person from the swing."
