Police in Grangemouth are on the hunt for a group of thugs after a teenaged boy was attacked and robbed at the weekend.
The 16-year-old was approached in Zetland Park at around 9:15pm on Saturday September 25 - he was then punched and had his bike stolen.
No arrests have been made and an investigation into the incident has been launched.
It’s the third attack to happen in the park this month alone, but none of them are believed to be linked.
Falkirk East MSP Michelle Thomson has already called for extra police to be deployed to keep those who use the park safe.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received report of the assault of a teenage boy and theft of a bike which occurred at Zetland Park in Grangemouth around 9.15pm on Saturday, 25 September, 2021.
"Enquiries into the incident are ongoing."
