Teen Mom Kailyn Lowry breaks down in tears and says she’s 'traumatising' her sons

Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry has expressed her fears about how she is parenting her four young children and claimed she is "traumatising" her sons.

The 30-year-old spoke candidly about her parenting worries and said she recently apologised to her youngest son "for all the mistakes that I've made".

Kailyn, who appeared on 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom 2, has four sons with her three baby daddies - Isaac, 12, Lincoln, eight, Lux, five and Creed, two.

The mum-of-four broke down in tears during the latest instalment of her Coffee Convos podcast as she recalled a heart-breaking conversation she had with Creed as she cradled him in her arms.

"It was the other day, and I just started balling my eyes out and just like, 'I'm so sorry for all the mistakes that I've made'.

"I know that my mistakes will affect them in some way or they might have to recover from them, but at the end of the day, we're all doing the best we can, and I love them so much, and I am sorry," Kailyn confessed.

She added: "When I make choices, I don't make them with the intentions of f***ing up my kids or like traumatizing my kids, you know.

"So, I'm always apologizing to them, and I'll hold them, and I'll apologize to them."

The reality star then questioned if her openness with her children was doing more harm than good.

She said: "I think, 'Oh my god am I traumatising them now because they don't understand what I'm saying', or you know what I mean, like they don't get why I'm crying?

"I don't know if I make it worse."

Elsewhere in the podcast, the MTV star talked about her recent anxious thoughts over what would happen to her children if she unexpectedly passed away.

She admitted to drafting a living will to ensure that her children are taken care of in the event of her death.

Kailyn's co-host Lindsie Chrisley, also a single mother, expressed that she understood her friend's concerns.
