A resident has died after a fire at an accommodation complex for adults with disability in Sydney's southwest.
Emergency services were called to the single-level villa at Carramar just after 7am on Tuesday.
The man was removed from the building by a staff member and another resident, but could not be revived by paramedics who carried out CPR.
Another person was found outside the building and treated for smoke inhalation.
The fire has been put out with fire investigators set to examine the scene once the site is deemed safe.
Motorists have been advised to avoid the area.
