Panathinaikos defender Mattias Johansson is now in advanced talks with Nottingham Forest over a free transfer to the City Ground this summer, claims a report by NovaSports.
The 28-year-old will see his current deal in Greece come to an end this month and is now free to talk to clubs ahead of next season.
This morning, Greek media outlets claimed that Forest and Johansson were "flirting" with the idea of a potential transfer move - but now it has been reported that talks have quickly progressed.

The international right-back started out his career with Kalmar, in his homeland, before switching to join AZ Alkmaar in 2012 for a $1.5m fee.
In 2017 he move to Greece to join Panathinaikos and is understood to have caught the eye of Forest scouts during his 21 appearances this season.
Forest currently have three first-team right-backs in their vast squad.
Matty Cash has been in outstanding form this season. More used to playing further up the pitch, he has become first-choice for Sabri Lamouchi.
Carl Jenkinson joined from Arsenal last summer, while Tendayi Darikwa is back in training after suffering a ruptured ACL before the campaign kicked off.
Johansson will be out of contract this summer, having penned a three-year deal when he joined Panathinaikos.
