Supermarket shoppers hail coffee that taste like 'Ferrero Rocher in a mug'

Shoppers have been sharing their latest finds from every supermarket imaginable on a popular Facebook group - and on many occasions it's caused the popular items to sell out fast.

But one product shared to the group is said to taste just like a popular chocolate that everyone loves - Ferrero Rocher.

The Nescafe Gold Chocolate Caramelised Hazelnut Latte is available in most supermarkets and comes in a pack of eight.

The price ranges between £1.50 and £2 depending on which store you visit and is said to be "thick" and "velvety."

Adding to the description, Nescafe said: "If you are looking for something different, try the Nescafe Gold Chocolate & Caramelised Hazelnut Latte.

"This delicious blend of flavours is a delightful drink that you can enjoy in your own time. Our convenient sachets make it easy to prepare your coffee moment.

"Once prepared, each cup contains a thick, velvety froth and a dreamy chocolate and caramelised hazelnut flavour. Add hot water to the contents of each sachet, stir, and savour an expertly crafted, flavoured latte within moments.

"High quality coffee beans and fresh British milk go into our recipe, allowing you to prepare a delightful frothy coffee in a matter of moments."

Taking to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group one shopper took to the social media app to share their find.

She said: "Aldi now do these lattes - taste like Ferrero Rocher in a mug."

Other shoppers were fast to reply with many rushing to the shops to get one for themselves - with the post racking up over three thousand comments and 3.2k likes.

The shopper posted the find to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group (Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group)

One said: "Asda were doing them over Christmas and now stopped - they are amazing. Will have to go to Aldi ASAP!"

Another added: "They are lovely. The toffee nut lattes are really nice too and the cinnamon bun ones but think they only come out around Christmas time."

A third said: "I got some in Asda yesterday I'm not a big coffee drinker but these are so nice."

However despite high praise from some, others weren't so keen adding that it tastes "nothing like Ferrero Rocher" and they wouldn't bother buying it again.
