Stunning £1.5m home with two terraces overlooking River Mersey on the market

A modern and futuristic home has come on the market - and it boasts incredible views of the River Mersey.

On the market for £1.5 million with Almond Property by Sue Taylor, the five bedroom home has two roof terraces that overlook Crosby Beach, home of Antony Gormley's 'Another Place' statues.

Located on Burbo Bank Road North, in Crosby, the property is nestled in a sought after location, where property comes at a premium.

Images uploaded to Rightmove offer a glimpse inside the three double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with their own en-suite bathrooms.

On the second floor is the master bedroom, again with an en-suite bathroom which features a freestanding bath and a dressing area.

The 'penthouse' floor is designed with a trendy lounge area and bathroom, however it could be transformed into a fifth bedroom.

On the third floor, bi-fold doors open out to an ‘amazing’ roof terrace with a barbecue, 'champagne area' and unrivalled views of the waterfront.

Other home highlights include a sheltered terrace area, a low maintenance garden with artificial grass, an integral garage and cobbled entrance courtyard with parking for three cars and a ready-to-go fully fitted kitchen.

The kitchen leads onto an open plan lounge area with a wood burning fire as the central feature.

Throughout, the new build property has been architecturally designed to the highest standards, from the solid oak doors, to the built in wardrobes and spa-looking bathrooms.

It's easy to see why the home is priced well over the £1 million mark.

In their online listing, Almond Property by Sue Taylor, say: "Seldom do properties of this calibre come onto the market.

"Architect designed, Burbo Bank Road North has unbeatable views of The River Mersey leading to the Irish Sea.

"Imagine sitting on one of your two terraces with a glass of wine, watching the sunset on The Iron Men artworks.

"Then create dinner in your bespoke open plan kitchen and choose whether to complete your time in the open plan lounge, home office, or the spacious terrace overlooking the river front."
