Merseyside will be hit with gales for much of the week.
The Met Office reports that the week will get off to a very windy start but it will be sunshine for most. Despite no rain forecast, it will be a windy morning on Monday, October 17, especially in the coastal regions.
Temperatures will remain fairly warm for the time of year however, with 17C on the forecast. Into tomorrow, early frost and fog will be in place for most of the morning and clear into the afternoon.

There will be plenty of sunshine again, but that light easterly breeze will remain. It will become increasingly windy into the midweek.
Forecasters predict it will be bright on Wednesday with sunny spells but with winds increasing again. Heavy rain will then hit on Wednesday night, possibly thundery, then sunshine and showers on Thursday and Friday. Staying very mild but breezy at times.
The BBC Liverpool outlook for Wednesday to Friday reads: "Wednesday will see a mix of sunny spells and variable cloud, but it will remain dry. Turning breezy in the afternoon.
"Overnight into Thursday morning, outbreaks of rain look to push in from the south-west, these clearing to sunny spells later in the day. A mild few days. Friday will continue to be rather wet, with a band of rain moving eastwards and falling heavy at times."
