Strictly Come Dancing pro Nadiya Bychkova's fiance shared a tribute to the "beautiful in and out" dancer weeks before she was snapped in the arms of dancing partner David James.
Fans fear Nadiya and David might have succumbed to the dreaded Strictly curse - which refers to the unusual number of dancing couples who end up romantically linked.
The pair were spotted together on the Instagram Stories of pro dancer Aljaz Skorjanec having a cuddle, David embracing her from behind and planting a kiss on her head.
Pro footballer Matija Skarabot posted several paragraphs on his fiance Nadiya early in November, sharing a snap of her at the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards.
They share a two year old daughter.
"Normally I keep my private things for myself," Matija wrote, "But having in my life such a wonderful and lovely person is a gift.
"Not only that you are an incredible mum and life partner. What inspires me the most is how you are beautiful in and out. In your life you had to go through many difficult obstacles and look what you have achieved and you are still achieving.
"Together we are raising our beautiful daughter who I hope will follow your steps.
"Thank you for showing me what love means and because of that I will be grateful to you all my life.
"Love you."
Mirror Online reported in October that David and Nadiya looked cosy with each other at the Pride of Britain Awards.
They held hands as they headed to dinner, but let go of each other as they headed into the bash.
They were eliminated from the current series of Strictly in week five, with David offering gushing praise to Nadiya after they were given the boot.
"You were the best partner and best teacher," he penned on Instagram, "You got me to fall in love with dancing, giving me confidence to perform in front of millions, with a smile on my face."
Similarly, Nadiya fawned: "What an amazing man. Thank you so much @davidjamesofficial for such a beautiful journey."
