Strictly Come Dancing star Kai Widdrington is 'very excited' to be celebrating his first Christmas with his girlfriend Nadiya Bychkova.
The professional dancer and his girlfriend, also a pro dancer, have been dating for almost a year.
Kai, 27, and Nadiya, 33, even moved in together during the summer.
And now, during Lorraine Kelly' s festival special, Kai opened up about the lead-up to their first Christmas together.
"It's our first [Christmas] together as a couple, which is very exciting," he told the Scottish presenter.
"We will be at my Dad's in Southend – hopefully with a big bunch of flowers like that!," he said after a picture of the couple holding flowers was shown.
"And a few presents, which is very very exciting," he added.
A few months ago, Kai got to celebrate his girlfriend's 33rd birthday and took to social media to pay tribute to her.
The couple – who are understood to have begun dating earlier this year – both celebrated their respective birthdays in August when they enjoyed a romantic trip to Paris together.
He took to Instagram to pay tribute to Nadiya on her birthday, with him sharing photos alongside a heartfelt caption about the fellow professional dancer.
Kai described Nadiya - who has been one of his colleagues on Strictly since he joined in 2020, a year prior to getting his first celebrity partner – as his "everything" in the post.

Kai wrote in the caption of his post: "Happy birthday my baby girl." The professional dancer further commented: "Thank you for being the beautiful person that you are".
"I'm reminded every day by your smiles and laughs that we have together of how lucky I am to have you in my life. You are my everything," he added alongside a heart emoji.
The post included photos of the couple together, including selfies which appeared to have been taken during their visit to France
Nadiya also paid tribute to him on his birthday with her own Instagram post.
She wrote: "You make this world a better place because of the person you are. I am so lucky to have you in my life. Thank you for making me smile every day. Thank you for you".
