Strictly's Graziano Di Prima 'takes aim' at ex celebrity partners with telling Kym Marsh remark

Graziano Di Prima appeared to criticise his former Strictly Come Dancing partners as he paid an emotional tribute to Kym Mastsh, who he was knocked out of the new series alongside at the weekend.

A week after being forced to miss one of the live shows due to Kym contracting Covid and being given a 'free pass' to the quarter final, the couple were back in the ballroom on Friday night, as Strictly was moved rom its usual Saturday night slot due to the BBC showing live coverage of World Cup last 16 matches.

With the race for the Glitterball trophy heating up , Kym and Graziano aimed to seal their spot in the semi-finals with a cha cha cha to Fame, in the same week that the film's iconic star, Irene Cara, passed away. However, while they scored 34 out of 40 and former Hear'Say star Kym was told by the judges that she had 'the body of a 20 year old' they finished bottom of the leaderboard and, after the public voted, fell into the dance-off for a second time.

The pair had to battle it out alongside Molly Rainford and Carlos Gu to stay in the new series and, after three judges opted to save their rivals, Kym and Graziano were eliminated. They gave their first TV interview since their Strictly exit on Monday's It Takes Two, when they joined host Rylan Clark in the studio.

And, it was when paying tribute to Kym and the bond they've established, that Graziano, who joined Strictly as a pro in 2018, 'shaded' his former dance partners, including Vick Hope and Judi Love. With an emotional Kym sat next to him, Graziano remarked: ""I've been waiting for a really good season on Strictly for four years. It sounds really crazy but I had the best time and it's because of her.

As Kym wiped tears away, Graziano added: "It's been the most amazing journey ever."
