Strictly Come Dancing's Giovanni Pernice has taken to his social media to share some exciting baby news.
The BBC star posted an adorable photo of him holding his new godson on Christmas Eve.
The recent dance show winner wrote alongside the cute snap: "Merry Xmas Eve from the Godfather and the Godson."
Friends and fans flooded to the comments to say how sweet the post was as one wrote: "Omg stop my heart can’t cope. He’s so lucky to have a godfather like you! When he’s older you can tell him about winning the glitter ball!"
Another said: "Merry Christmas G! Have a lovely one! So cute," while a third added: "Gorgeous. Happy Christmas to you all. Your God son is so sweet Have fun guys XX"
A fourth took to the comments to say: "Awwww gorgeous so lovely to see you with your family! Merry Christmas xxx"
Giovanni was the latest pro to be crowned the Strictly winner as he was victorious with his partner Rose Ayling-Ellis.
The pair were the favourites to win throughout the majority of the series as they took to the dancefloor and impressed the judges and public week after week.
Rose, who is an actress on EastEnders, was the first ever deaf contestant on the programme.
She explained that she is able to keep in time with the music by feeling the vibrations and counting the beats.
The star also had a BSL interpreter with her at all times so she could understand the feedback the judges gave her.
People in the audience were also not allowed to clap or cheer while she was performing so she was still able t concentrate on the vibrations.
Rose and Giovanni impressed the judges soon after the start of the show as they scored the quickest ever 40 out of a possible 40 points with their Halloween performance.
In particular the public were wowed when they incorporated a silent 10-second segment in their Couples Choice dance, so the audience could understand what it feels like to Rose when she dances.
The first time they performed this routine they scored 39 points out of a possible 40, with judge Craig Revel Horwood scoring a nine.
However, they went on to dance it again in the final where they then got full marks for their routine.
Romance rumours flew around when Giovanni and Rose were paired up on the show, despite Rose having a long term boyfriend.
They never acknowledged the rumours but it seems they just formed a close friendship which they mentioned multiple times during their time on Strictly.
When they were crowned the winners Giovanni posted a series of snaps of them lifting the Glitterball trophy as he thanked Rose for their time together.
He wrote: "'We are the champion my friend' @rose.a.e
"Dreams do come true if you believe in it .. and that’s what you did super!"
