Stirling's new whisky distillery reveals first look and announces famous new master blender

Stirling's newly announced whisky distillery has revealed a first look at its plans for the interior and unveiled a famous face as its master blender.

The team behind the Wolfcraig Distillery project showed off a first glimpse of the artist's impressions how the inside of the new £15m production site will look.

They also revealed that after 50 years with Whyte & Mackay, industry legend and Scotland's most famous master blender Richard Paterson will be joining them.

Speaking about the appointment Co-founder Michael Lunn said they were "honoured and proud" to welcome Richard as Wolfcraig’s master blender.

The new whisky experience near Stirling will incorporate the distillery, an interactive, education-focused family visitor attraction, a private tasting room and 180-cover bistro restaurant and bar.
