Still time for Irvine firms to enter the 10th annual Ayrshire Business Awards

The 10th annual Ayrshire Business Awards will return this October for another glamorous evening celebrating the area's top firms.

Over the last decade the Ayrshire Business Awards, which are organised by the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce, recognise businesses which have demonstrated excellence judged by impartial industry experts.

This year’s winners will be announced at the gala dinner at Ayr Racecourse on Friday, October 11.

David Hughes, 1825 Financial Planning managing director, said: “We are delighted to be the principal sponsor of the Ayrshire Business awards. As in previous years I would encourage all businesses to consider applying for an award.

“The process will benefit your business and if successful, your colleagues and customers will be able to enjoy the recognition it brings.”

Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce chief executive, Val Russell added: “The awards are a great way to raise your profile, celebrate success and shout about your achievements.”

The business awards are free to enter and the closing date for company submissions is Friday, August 2.

The Irvine Herald, the Kilmarnock Standard and the Ayrshire Post, sponsor one of the award categories, 'Ayrshire's Best Business with 11-50 employees'.
