Steve Bannon Urges FBI to 'Release' Everything on Epstein After Musk Claims He's 'in the Files': 'Unseal the Evidence'

Former White House official Steve Bannon has called for the release of all information within files pertaining to disgraced New York financier Jeffrey Epstein after tech billionaire Elon Musk accused Bannon of being in the files.

Bannon, a political commentator who served as the White House's chief strategist during Trump's first administration, took to his podcast and online show, War Room on Real America's Voice, on Thursday to request that the FBI release all information on Jeffrey Epstein, his clients and his associates.

"They have to go to the court and demand to unseal the sealed evidence in Epstein. It starts there. Then bundle everything together that you've got, sealed and unsealed, and release it all. Or, which I called for yesterday, appoint a special prosecutor or special counsel for the 2024 election and everything after that," Bannon said.

"Include Russiagate and all this, you have to do that. That should be done immediately, and that should report to the President of the United States. If DoJ can't move off the dime and the FBI can't move off the dime, there should be a special counsel to go through everything and release it all. It seems to me like a binary function," he continued.

Musk claimed that Bannon's name was included in the Epstein files in response to a post by conservative political commentator Roger Stone in which Stone questioned Bannon's relationship with the financier.

"Why would Bannon meet with Jeffrey Epstein both at his New York home and in Paris after Epstein was convicted on sex crimes in Florida? Why would he coach Epstein for his 60 minutes appearance?" Stone questioned.

"Bannon is in the Epstein files," Musk responded.

"The attorney general, I believe, needs to go to the court and ask for a complete unsealing of all the files — and answer Tom Fitton's Judicial Watch lawsuit and release all of the documents," Bannon also told the Telegraph.
