Stephen Bear’s partner Jessica 'could face jail after breaking prison rule'

Stephen Bear's fiancée Jessica Smith appeared to break visiting rules as she recorded herself for TikTok, visiting him in prison.

The maximum penalty for using a camera inside a jail is two years behind bars and a hefty fine, writes The Mirror.

The Big Brother star was sentenced to 21 months behind bars last month and was placed on the sex offenders register for posting footage of him having sex with former partner Georgia Harrison online without her permission.

And this week, his partner Jessica filmed herself at HMP Chelmsford as she visited him for the first time since he was sentenced.

Visitors are only allowed 1hr and 15 minutes slots if they are booked in advance.

Jessica uploaded footage on her TikTok page and wrote: "Come with me on a visit to see my boyfriend."

She showed her followers herself dressing in a long sleeved, long legged romper before she showed the prison door and said: "Lots of waiting around".

Once inside the building, Jessica filmed her hand where you can see her acrylic nails with the initials S.B and her HMP wristband.

The short clip was captioned: "So good to see him but sad because I can't see him for another two weeks."

However, Jessica appears to have broken the rules by filming herself inside the prison.

The 1952 Prison Act states: "[It is an offence relating to prison security to] take a photograph, or make a sound-recording, inside a prison or transmits, or causes to be transmitted, any image from inside a prison by electronic communications for simultaneous reception outside the prison."

The Act also states the penalty could be: "Conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine (or both)."

Stephen Bear was found guilty of leaking footage to the OnlyFans site without Georgia’s consent.

Prosecutor Hannah von Dadelszen said that he showed a “complete lack of remorse” for his actions. She went on to say that he never took responsibility for his abusive behaviour and even blamed his Love Island star victim.

Sources close to the reality star have claimed that he had been "crying for days" after being sent to prison.

He was arrested in January 2021 after a trip to Dubai and later charged in May before being sent down earlier this year. According to sources, he has been "completely unprepared" and didn't think he was going to be jailed.
