Steelers G David DeCastro says he isn’t changing anything for COVID-19

So far, the attitudes of NFL players has been focused on maintaining as much safety as possible while still being able to play the game they love and are paid handsomely for. And up until this point we haven’t had any players publicly express anything but conversation in favor of the safety measures.

But today, when he spoke to the media, Steelers guard David DeCastro offered something of a different point of view. We won’t pretend to make more of this than need be, but it’s hard to read DeCastro’s words and not wonder if he’s all in on the notion of public safety.

All NFL teams have been given strict protocols, agreed upon by the league and the NFLPA pertaining to training camp.
