Steelers C Maurkice Pouncey goes on profanity-laced tirade over CBA

The NFL and the NFLPA are currently trying to hammer out a new collective bargaining agreement and it seems to be a very divisive issue. Whether its fans, media or players, opinions are split on the merit of the proposal presented by the owners.

One player who is making it clear how much he dislikes the proposal is Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey. He went off of a profanity-laced tirade on social media making sure he and brother Mike would vote no on the new CBA. We aren’t going to post the tweet here but ESPN reporter Brooke Pryor posted it to Twitter. You can check it out there but understand it is very much NSFW.

It remains to be seen if the two sides will come together. The current CBA is set to expire at the end of the 2020 season and both sides understand it is in their best financial interest to not have a work stoppage.
