For some, the holiday season begins with the smell of cinnamon and the first taste of eggnog latte.
So get ready for that holiday season to start early on Tuesday November 3, when Starbucks makes its festive drinks available in all UK stores.
This year customers can wrap their hands around gingerbread latte, toffee nut latte, eggnog latte or honey and almond hot chocolate for the whole of the season.
Starbucks is also celebrating the return of its traditional red cups for the holiday period. It’s encouraging customers to use #RedCups and a brand new red cup emoji on Twitter.
The emoji mirrors this year’s newly designed red cup – a two-toned ombre design, with a bright poppy colour on top that shades into a darker cranberry below.
Customers in the US and Canada have been sharing their joy on Twitter since North America welcomed the return of the red cup on November 2.
“Holiday beverages have been a highly anticipated tradition at Starbucks since Christmas Blend was introduced in 1984.
“We are honored to be a part of our customers’ yearly holiday traditions, and every year we look forward to bringing back favorite holiday beverages that evoke the spirit of the season,” said Cliff Burrows, who leads Starbucks business in the United States and Americas.
