Staffie cross Marshall is looking for new home to call his own

Dogs Trust are appealing to find a new home for Staffordshire bull terrier cross Marshall, who is in their West Calder rehoming centre.

He is just one year old and his carers say he is full of life and enthusiasm.

A spokeswoman for Dogs Trust said: “Marshall is a very friendly boy who loves to meet people and be the centre of their attention, especially if that means getting plenty of cuddles.

“This young lad is always looking for ways to have fun and he loves to run around the garden with his toys and play a game of tug or chase after his ball.

“Marshall loves to be in the great outdoors and is always excited to set off for a walk or a trip in the car. Marshall is looking for new owners who share his love of the outdoors and who are used to an excitable young dog.

“Marshall loves to play with dogs he meets but he would be happiest as the only dog at home.”

He can live with children aged 10 years old and above and his owners will need to have experience with similar breeds as well as time to continue Marshall’s training. With his happy and sweet nature.

Contact the centre on 01506 873459.

Dogs Trust West Calder will hold their annual fun day at West Lothian College, Livingston, on Sunday, August 25, from noon to 3pm.

There will be stalls, games, prizes and the fun dog show.
