Stacey Solomon has shared a parenting hack to help keep the family cool in lockdown.
The Loose Women panellist posted the trick to her 3.4 million followers on Instagram.
Stacey, 30, revealed she puts baby wipes in the freezer to keep them chilled for days out.
Taking to social media this morning, the mum documented herself packing up the essentials before venturing out for a shopping trip with baby Rex, 1, reports The Mirror.
Stacey packed spare nappies, frozen water and most surprisingly - frozen baby wipes.
Explaining the simple Hack, Stacey wrote: "The frozen wipes are like a cool pack I use to wipe myself down in this heat too."
Stacey's genius hack was met with much admiration from her followers who vowed to try it.
One wrote: "I need would have thought about freezing the wipes but it's completely genius! You're amazing."
Another added: "How did I not think of this before now? Wipes are in the freezer as we speak lol."
While a third commented: "Okay, I'm just gonna freeze everything I own now. The frozen water is so clever."
