Stacey Solomon has shared her remedy for 'mum-guilt' a day after
The Loose Women star, who gave birth to her third son Rex in May, admitted this week that she was battling a 'gut wrenching' feeling that she wasn't doing enough as a mother.
But Stacey, 29, returned to social media a day later to reveal to her 1.9million followers how she'd managed to cheer herself up.
Sharing a pic of her shaving her legs in the bath, She wrote: "Feeling very pleased with myself for managing to shave my legs and help Leighton with his reading.
"Feeling much better today! Had more energy and felt so good to get out and do something fun with the boys earlier, I’ve been such a boring mummy for the past couple of months!
"I haven’t managed to make dinner or do housework, in fact nothing else has been done but I’m still feeling like a Supermum. Maybe I’m finally starting to get the hang of being a mum of three. Wow that feels weird to say!" she added.
Stacey then kept fans updated by sharing snaps of her taking her eldest sons Leighton and Zach to a mini golf course as they make the most of the summer holidays.
She also shared an adorable video of month old Rex enjoying some 'tummy time' in his crib.
Earlier this week the mum confessed she was battling 'gut-wrenching mum guilt'.
She said: "Truth be told, I’m Having a bit of a gut wrenching day. One of those days that physically hurts your tummy. I have absolutely no idea why. Mum guilt has kicked in full swing. Nothing in particular triggers the feeling. It’s just there."
Since welcoming baby Rex with Joe Swash in May, Stacey has been applauded by fans for her honest portrayal of motherhood.
She has so far spoken out on breast-feeding, anxiety and sharing her attention between her other two children.
Stacey is also mum to Zacheray and Leighton from previous relationships.
