Special chief secretary to Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy relieved from TTD post

AMARAVATI: Taking the need for a full-time team leader for the administration in the chief minister’s office into consideration, the state government on Sunday relieved senior IAS officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy from the additional charge of TTD executive officer’s post.

Dr Jawahar Reddy will continue as the special chief secretary to the chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Keeping in view the work load of the two top posts, the government has decided to immediately relieve Jawahar Reddy from the additional charge of the TTD EO. He was appointed as TTD EO in last October and subsequently named as a special CS to the chief minister in February.

He had been handling both the posts for the past four months by frequently shuttling between Amaravati and Tirumala. The state government handed over the full additional charge of EO to the incumbent JEO AV Dharma Reddy. In a minor shuffle of IAS officers, the state government appointed tourism corporation managing director S Satyanarayana as the managing director of AP State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC).
