But officials are looking to crackdown on boozy and rowdy tourists who are on stag or hen do parties. The Sun reports the local government in the Costa del Sol has warned holidaymakers that walking around naked or just in underwear is forbidden, Birmingham Live reports.
Carrying an object, doll or inflatable which looks like a private body part or of any sexual nature, is also banned. Malaga already began implementing strict laws last year, including fines for using megaphones or general unruly behaviour, as well as drinking in the street.

Some pubs and clubs even have a total ban on stag or hen parties and refuse to let revellers in. It comes as officials have said they plan to crackdown on rowdy Brits and tourists who go on party boats. Government officials in Mallorca have demanded that the council do more to crack down on "floating discos".
According to Majorca Daily Bulletin, the president of the ABONE nightlife association, Miguel Pérez Marsá, insisted on Tuesday that town halls in Mallorca must act in a tougher manner.
He demanded that officials need "to control all kinds of illegal actions, which generate unfair competition to companies that comply with all the regulations, create employment and pay the corresponding taxes".
