Spain to host UN climate talks after Chile pullout

Spain has offered to host the next round of United Nations climate talks after Chile canceled due to protests over economic instability, according to the New York Times.

  • The talks are set for December 2-13. The original host, Brazil, dropped out after the election of President Jair Bolsonaro.
