Southend boss to seek Redknapp's advice
New Southend United boss Kevin Bond says he will 'lean on' the experience of Harry Redknapp, the BBC reports .
Bond was Redknapp's assistant at several clubs in England, including QPR and Birmingham City.
The 61-year-old has been given a short-term deal at the Shrimpers following the sacking of Chris Powell.
