South Central Railway to operate 32 special trains for Sankranthi festival

The South Central Railway (SCR) will run 32 Sankranthi festival special trains from January 7 to 27. The specials will have general, sleeper, first class, 2AC and 3AC coaches, officials said on Thursday.

The trains are Secunderabad-Brahmapur (No. 07089 ); Brahmapur-Vikarabad (07090); Vikarabad-Brahmapur (07091); Brahmapur-Secunderabad (07092); Visakhapatnam-Kurnool City (08541); Kurnool City-Visakhapatnam (08542); Srikakulam-Vikarabad (08547); Vikarabad-Srikakulam (08548); Secunderabad-Tirupati (02764); Tirupati-Secunderabad (02763); Secunderabad-Kakinada Town (07271); Kakinada Town-Secunderabad (07272); Secunderabad-Brahmapur (07093); Brahmapur-Secunderabad (07094); Narsapur-Secunderabad (07251); and Secunderabad-Narsapur (07252).

Offline and online reservation is available for all Sankranthi specials, according to a press release.
