Sophie Price shares snap of mum meeting grandson for first time - as Katie jets to Turkey

Katie Price’s sister Sophie has revealed their mum, Amy, has met her latest grandchild – after Sophie welcomed a baby boy last month.

Poorly Amy was beaming as she cradled baby Albert – with Sophie uploading the tender moment to social media on Tuesday evening.

Sophie – who is the younger half sister to 44-year-old Katie Price – shared the image with her followers on Instagram Stories while conducting a Q&A.

Asked “Has your mum got to meet Albert yet?” by a fan, Sophie confirmed: “She has indeed yes” and shared a photo of her mum holding the tiny boy.

The image showed Amy smiling down at her grandson who was peacefully gazing back up at her.

Amy is spending precious time with her family after being sadly diagnosed with a terminal lung condition in 2017.

The 66-year-old was told she would only have a few years left to live after being diagnosed with idopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Amy and Arthur looked like they were getting on fantastically well in the image Sophie shared.

And Sophie revealed she is enjoying motherhood as she fielded other questions from fans and followers.

Asked how she was adjusting to her new role as a mum, she replied: “I’m literally taking it day by day atm [at the moment] and finding my feet. Trying to get out as much as I can too.”

She revealed Arthur is “excellent” and “such a good baby” when someone asked how he was.

And she also discussed his sleeping patterns in her Q&A.

Sophie wrote: “He wakes up for two feeds in the night and that’s pretty much it,” while explaining how well the two-week-old baby sleeps.

The PR – who shares her son with her partner Harry Brooks – was also asked if she would have any more children.

She replied that it was too soon to consider having more kids, but did say: “If we had a girl she would have been called Eliza.”
