TIRUPATI: BJP state chief Somu Veerraju on Sunday asked Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy whether he really has any commitment towards the development of Badvel assembly constituency.
He said no progress has been achieved on any front in the constituency in the last 2 years of the YSRC rule.
Veerraju has been campaigning for Panathala Suresh, the party candidate for Badvel bypoll.
“Chief minister announced a ?3,000-crore special package for the development of his home constituency Pulivendula. But not a single development work has been executed by the government in Badvel constituency which continues to remain underdeveloped on all fronts,” Veerraju alleged.
He appealed to the voters to vote for development which can only be delivered by the BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
