‘Someone call his mother’: So, Jesse Watters wants to bomb the UN because Trump had to climb stairs

The Trump worshipper Jesse Watters once read out “mean” texts from his mother live on TV, and the internet was instantly a fan of her. Amidst Watters’ rising perversity, the internet is prompting his mother to intervene again and spare them from his increasingly reckless tactics.

On Fox News this week, Watters floated what can only be described as an absurdly dangerous idea: bombing the United Nations. His reasoning? The elevators in the UN building malfunctioned, forcing Donald Trump to take the stairs. A harmless inconvenience was spun into a conspiracy theory, with Watters claiming the elevators had been “sabotaged” and that the incident “could’ve hurt the First Lady.”

“Trump would’ve fallen and he would’ve gotten back up,” he said, which is funny since 45% of American adults think Trump is not in good enough physical health to serve effectively as president, according to the latest poll by The Washington Post. 52% also believe that Trump lacks the mental sharpness it takes to serve effectively as president. But rather than confront those concerns, Watters doubled down with theatrics, framing the elevator hiccup as an act of war.

Escalating further, Watters labeled the incident an “insurrection” and declared: “What we need to do is either leave the UN or we need to bomb it.” The comment has since drawn outrage across social media, where many criticized Fox for their hypocritical behavior. The network, which recently moved to ban comedian Jimmy Kimmel over jokes at Trump’s expense, seems unbothered when one of its primetime stars advocates violence against a global institution.

One user jabbed at Witters just the right way, asking for his mom to be called “so she can send him to his room.” Others noted the unsettling normalization of violent rhetoric on conservative media, where threats are shrugged off as commentary and free speech, so long as they serve the MAGA narrative. Should we collectively summon Watters’ mother to knock some sense into him again?
