Also, a tanker carrying Russian oil docks in a South African port. Pretoria has refused to take sides over the war in Ukraine as global sanctions on Russia mount. And amid weekly protests and deteriorating economic conditions, young Sudanese are increasingly turning to art and music to express themselves.
