So, the Vikings have like no cap space

The offseason was a rocky one for the Vikings and their cap management, needing to make some tough decisions while also restructuring contracts.

As we sit about midway through the 2019 season, the Vikings have pretty much no money. Per Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press, the Vikings have just $65,674 in cap space, the lowest mark in the NFL.

That’s problematic if the Vikings have some sort of injury down the stretch of the season and need to add players to their roster.

Per OverTheCap.com, the Vikings have -$1.2 million for the 2020 season, which means Rick Spielman and his staff will need to be creative.
