Turn on your heaters and get out your winter woolies because as another Anzac Day passes the temperature is about to drop and a first dusting of snow is set to hit the Brindabella Range.
The Bureau of Meteorology forecasts snow will hit the mountains from Friday as a cold front moves through and temperatures in Canberra hit single-digits.
BoM meteorologist Helen Reid said a strong cold front would affect the ACT from Wednesday throughout the rest of the week.

"It will be quite windy, mostly from the north-west and on Wednesday it will to switch to a westerly. There will be a fair bit of rainfall as well," she said.
Strong winds and rain are expected to hit on Wednesday morning with the possibility of a thunderstorm later in the day.
Thursday temperatures will begin to drop with a high of 14 and rain forecast followed by a brisk nine degrees on Friday.
The Brindabella Range will likely see a first dusting of snow for the year on Friday when the snow level drops to 900m.
Ms Reid said Canberrans could expect to see morning frost from Friday and that the cold weather would hang around until next week.
