Executive chairman Michael Grade has gathered the network's top bods together at a central London hotel for a big jolly - sorry, a big pow-wow - to discuss ITV's future. With a wilting share price - at yet another all-time low last night - and top shows tainted by telephone scandals, ITV morale could do with a boost. Presumably there was "zero tolerance" for any late-comers.
