Sky presenter caught saying ‘b*****ks on-air during heated Brexit discussion

Sky News presenter Adam Boulton was left red-faced after he said "b*****ks" following an on-air discussion about Brexit .

The veteran journalist was speaking live with Iain Dale of LBC near the Houses of Parliament during a massive Leave protest in Westminster.

Boulton uttered the swear word after his All Out Politics show flashed credits for an ad break.

Microphones picked up the continued conversation about the political allegiance of of Brexit voters.

He was overheard saying: “See, this thing about the right wing, I think it’s b*****ks.”

Boulton had a forthright exchange of views about the allegiance of Brexit voters whit Iain Dale, who claimed that Theresa May should hand the leadership of Brexit to the party's right-wing.

He said earlier: “I think that’s a total misreading of it. What do you mean ‘handing it over to the right wing’?

“Somebody who happened to support Brexit, is that the definition now? Brexit means right wing?

“Because a lot of labour voters might disagree with you on that.”

Boulton later took to Twitter to say sorry for the outburst.

He said: "Apologies. I thought we were off air. My point was that in Conservative Party there is an overlap between hard brexiteers and what is termed ‘the right’”.

One Twitter user commented: “To be honest I think you got it spot on”.
