A key figure in London's grime scene since its rough-and-ready early days, Tottenham-born rapper Skepta finally cracked the top 20 last year with "Rescue Me". Now he's pals with the likes of Diddy. But is the self-professed "king of grime" happy with his lot? On the evidence of Doin' It Again, not entirely. "My life ended ages ago/ Now it's all a dream," he raps on "Big", one of several tracks that broods on the difficulties of fame. This third album is clearly a bid for international recognition, but the transition feels uncomfortable at times. His remix of Diddy's "Hello Good Morning" is a gleeful exception.
