Skepta criticises men for making Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West uncomfortable

  • British rapper Skepta criticised "grown men" for making North West , the 13-year-old daughter of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian , uncomfortable during her recent trip to Paris for Fashion Week.
  • Skepta expressed his disgust on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday (27 June), stating that the way "complete strangers" tried to use North made him "sick" after videos of the interactions circulated online.
  • The incidents included one man grabbing North for a hug after she offered a handshake, and another draping an arm over her shoulder, which Skepta highlighted as inappropriate behaviour.
  • The rapper emphasised the importance of reading body language and urged people to "Protect your kids", in response to comments suggesting North's appearance meant she "skipped being a teenager".
  • North West recently made headlines for debuting facial piercings at a fashion show and is set to embark on her first 14-date concert tour following the release of her debut album, 'N0rth4evr'.
