Shocking pictures have captured the aftermath of a crash on the M32.
Fire crews from Temple were called to the motorway at around 7am this morning (September 22).
Photos shared on Twitter show how the car smashed through the road's side barrier, causing extensive damage to the vehicle.
In particular, the front of the car was left mangled almost beyond recognition, leaving debris scattered across the ground.
Firefighters assisted police with the smash and remained at the scene to make the vehicle safe.
A spokesman for Avon Fire and Rescue said: "We were called at 7am to the M32 to assist police with a road traffic collision.
"Crews from Temple made the vehicle safe and left it in the hands of police."
He added there were no casualties from the collision.
