Shocking moment passenger shoots fireworks at cars on Florida highway

• A passenger was filmed shooting fireworks at other vehicles on a busy Florida highway during Fourth of July celebrations.
• Helicopter footage from St John’s County Sheriff’s Office showed pyrotechnics being launched from a moving vehicle, which was also towing a boat, towards other cars on Interstate 95.
• Deputies stopped the vehicle, and bodycam footage captured the driver initially denying involvement until informed about the helicopter surveillance.
• The passenger was subsequently arrested and charged with shooting a deadly missile from a moving vehicle.
• The State Attorney’s Office later dropped the charges against the passenger.
