- Deputies stopped the vehicle, and bodycam footage captured the driver initially denying involvement until informed about the helicopter surveillance.
- The passenger was subsequently arrested and charged with shooting a deadly missile from a moving vehicle.
- The State Attorney’s Office later dropped the charges against the passenger.
