Shock and joy as new Aldi plate makes daughter eat entire dinner including vegetables

Any parent of a fussy eater knows all too well about tea-time drama.

From pushing carrots around the plate to refusing to eat broccoli, children really can drag out the meal times.

But one mum has raved about a new plate she bought in Aldi that made her daughter eat her entire dinner - even the vegetables.

The plate makes dinner fun for children, turns the process into a game and even rewards little ones with a treat at the end.

This new product is called Fred's Dinner Winner tray and the plate divides food up into eight manageable portions.

And it's a bargain at just £6.99, reports MirrorOnline.

Shocked at the results, the excited parent posted the revelation on Facebook, saying: "She's sat and eaten ALL her dinner including the veg without getting off her seat at all and ate it without arguments! Under the castle at the end is a pudding - she loves it!"

Chris Evans drops huge hint that Meghan Markle has already had royal baby

Aldi has been selling the plate since April 25 as part of the recent Baby & Toddler Specialbuy event, so once they're gone, they're gone, but they are still available on the Aldi website.

You can also pick one up on the likes of Amazon and eBay - albeit for a few extra quid.

Amazon currently have them for  £9.97 including free UK delivery,  while eBay are selling them for  £12.90 with free delivery.

And if you shop on Ocado, they're also  on clearance there for £10.50  (previously £14), with plenty of different designs available depending on where you shop.
