How much does Sennheiser shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your order, with fees worked out on a per item basis and displayed at the checkout before you place your order. Orders should arrive within 5 working days.
Although we have occasionally seen free shipping offers - such as free shipping over $110 - these aren't available year-round, so keep an eye out on this page for the latest ways to avoid additional fees.
Does Sennheiser off a student discount?
Again, although we have seen Sennheiser student discounts offering as much as 25% off items from across its range, there is no one set discount, and savings are not available all year round. When there are discounts to be had, the brand partners with Student Beans to deliver them, requiring customers to create or sign in to a valid account to confirm their status. As and when student discounts go live, we'll be sure to add them to this page to help you save.
What is Sennheiser's returns policy?
Sennheiser offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders, letting you send your items back if you change your mind. To start a return, go to the Returns Portal on the brand's site and provide your order number and email address. The brand will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to cover costs. Once you've returned your order, it can take between 5 - 14 days for Sennheiser to process your refund.
