The Palm House at Sefton Park is hosting rare overnight stays this autumn.
The iconic dome-shaped glass Victorian building is a breath-taking south Liverpool spot, packed with lush flora and fauna. It operates as a charity and regularly plays host to a variety of events including gigs, film screenings, music shows, dance nights and even weddings.
Now, the legendary space is hosting a spin on ITV's beloved reality series I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, which will see ticket holders permitted to spend the night in the stunning glass building. Its new event, dubbed 'I'm a Scouser… Get Me Out of Here', will allow two friendship groups to camp in an authentic enclave inside the Palm House.

Guests and their friends will be treated like campmates from the popular television show, with two teams from the group embarking on a range of Bushtucker Trial-inspired challenges in a bid to win points. Points can then be redeemed at the Palm House's Bush Bar, where there'll be "jungle juice" on offer, as well as a Camp Feast to celebrate the crowning of the King or Queen of the Jungle.
To finish the evening, ticket holders will sleep under the palms, surrounded by the stunning foliage that's secured the Palm House as such a popular destination in the city. The three-tier-domed glass conservatory was originally designed and built by MacKenzie and Moncur of Edinburgh. It opened to the public in 1896 thanks to the generosity of Liverpool millionaire and philanthropist Henry Yates Thompson, who gifted £10,000 to fund its construction.
Roy Boardman, Sefton Park Palm House director said: "I do think of the Palm House as Liverpool's oasis set within Sefton Park; this is a fabulous opportunity for a group of friends to experience something completely different in an unusual setting. Enjoying the delights of a jungle camp experience."
To take part in the unique experience, there'll be an online auction. The auction opened on Monday, October 10.
